Overwhelm

Tuesday, September 1st, 2009

Overwhelm is one of ego’s favorite tricks in its attempt to get you back into the old box. The only way you can beat overwhelm, is to make it totally okay that you don’t get it all done today. This is a little like making it okay to fail.

The interesting thing about making it okay that you don’t get it all done, is that you’ll probably get all that and more done, simply because you’ve taken stress out of the equation. You’ve just punched your own easy button. With fear out of the way, you’ll be utterly amazed at how much actually gets done, and some of it without you doing it.
